When there is no signal on the display device:

1. Ensure that all interfaces are securely connected.

2. Ensure that the transmitter and receiver are connected to a power source.

3. Use CAT5e/CAT6 network cables for connection.

4. Observe the indicator light status of both ends of the product. The transmitter displays a red light, and the receiver displays a blue light. After connecting to a power source, the red light turns on, and after completing all connections, the blue light turns on.

5. Select the correct signal input channel on the display device.

Q: Does the product need to be connected to a power source?A: Yes, both TX and RX of the product need to be connected to a power source.

Q: What does the LED light on the product mean?A: When TX is only connected to the power supply, the red light of TX will flash. After connecting the signal source device and the RJ45 cable, the red light of TX will remain on. When RX is only connected to the power supply, the blue light of RX will not light up. After connecting the RJ45 cable and display device, the blue light of RX will remain on.

Q: Can I connect the TV and the internet?A: No, this is an HDMI extender that must be used in pairs. The cable can only transmit audio and video signals and cannot connect the TV to the network.
