What should I do if my monitor shows no signal when connected by USB-C to USB-C cable?

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a Thunderbolt 3/4/5 port or supports display.

Please make sure you’re using the original USB-C to USB-C display cable we provided in the package. Because some cables do not support video transmission.

What if my laptop doesn’t have a USB-C or HDMI port? (e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

If there is only a (mini)DP port on your laptop, a (mini)DP to HDMI adapter is required for the connection.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original power adapter we provided in the package.

How do I connect the iPhone to the monitor?

1. iPhone 15 and 16 series(excluding iPhone 16e) can work with the monitor by the original USB-C display cable we provided.

2. iPhone before 15 series(e.g. iPhone X/ iPhone 14) with a Lightning port requires an Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter.

Does this monitor work with my Android phone/tablet using the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

These Samsung phones (Galaxy S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22series; Galaxy Note8/9/10/20series; Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4) can work with monitor by our original USB-C cable.

Other phones/tablets need HDTV cable for connection.
