CAST IRON COOKING: Our heavy-duty cast-iron press features a perfectly textured preseasoned skin that transfers and retains heat while helping your meats to cook more quickly. We use only non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil to season it, and it’s free of PTFE and PFOA for healthier cooking.
MADE FOR GREAT MEALS: Preheat our cast-iron bacon press by using indirect heat for faster and more even cooking. This rectangle meat press features a removable natural wood handle and a textured bottom that helps prevent the press from slipping.
EASY TO USE: Upgrade your cooking by using cast-iron cookware. Durable, rugged, and made to last, this 2.4-pound cast-iron food press is easy to use and light to lift, and it will last through years of great meals. Simply grasp the handle and press on your food for better heat distribution. The wood handle can be removed using a philips screwdriver, in case you need to reseason the iron press.
TEXTURED BACON WEIGHT PRESS: Our cast-iron press is made with natural materials and can be used in open cooking areas, such as on a stove top or an open grill. This press works best with bacon, but it can also be used with other foods, like sandwiches, burgers, and more.
FROM STOVE TO TABLE: Victoria has manufactured quality cast-iron cookware in our own factories in Colombia—never outsourcing—since 1939. Our cast-iron products are made with resource-efficient materials, are economical, outlast traditional cookware, and offer reliable cooking for years to come.
