About Bluetooth Connection Bluetooth can only transmit sound, not video. [BT Setting] only headphones and speakers available here. To connect your phone via Bluetooth, stay on the ‘Bluetooth Speaker’ page and retry. Power on HDMI If you’re using a TV stick or any HDMI device, enable HDMI in the settings for quick startup access. Steps: Turn on the projector –> Go to Settings –> Click on “Power on HDMI” –> Open. Mirroring Issue Due to HDCP restrictions, some applications like Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ cannot be mirrored on all projectors, including the L2s. For an optimal streaming experience, use a TV stick(not included, purchase separately) or connect via HDMI or USB. iOS Screen Mirroring Issue? Ensure the network is functioning, then restart both the phone and the projector. Follow these steps: 1)Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 2)Open and stay on the iOS Cast interface on the projector. 3)Use the screen mirroring feature in the phone’s notification panel to search for the connection. About Auto Keystone Correction Note that we only support vertical auto keystone correction; horizontal correction is not available. For optimal performance, front projection is recommended. Daytime Use? Using the projector during the day may impact its performance. It excels in dark settings, perfect for home entertainment, evening patios, living rooms with curtains drawn, or bedrooms with the lights off. Noise Fan The noise level is related to subjective feeling. If the noise is loud, please upgrade online. Adjust During Playback Adjust parameters in user mode. To change image settings during playback, press and hold the menu button to access the settings menu. TV stick remote issue Please enable the HDMI CEC function on your TV stick. This will allow you to control the TV dongle using the projector’s remote, eliminating the need to switch between two remotes. (Note: Make sure to adjust the TV dongle ‘s volume beforehand, as the projector remote cannot control the TV dongle ‘s volume.) TV Stick Not Recognized? 1) No picture displayed: This is often due to an unstable power supply. Try replacing the power cord or adapter for the TV dongle. 2) Amazon’s TV dongle can be powered by the projector USB interface (it is recommended to use the original power cord of the TV dongle), but Google Chromecast cannot. 3) If the TV dongle is 4K, switch the output resolution of the TV dongle 1080P. No Sound with TV Stick? The projector does not support Dolby Audio; please disable Dolby support in the sound settings of the connected device.
