The touch screen does not work/respond.

Please disconnect the rear camera, memory card, GPS and other accessories in turn and confirm whether the screen responds. Then press the reset button on the back of the machine to see if it works.

The rear camera cannot be detected.

If you use the original cable and camera. Please confirm whether the wiring is loose. If the problem is not caused by wiring, please let us know in time.
