I really haven't had this cook top long, so I can't very well say too much, but it sure can boil water fast. Cooked rhubarb in one minute. Heated milk for hot chocolate really fast. Cooked string beans very well and kept their nice green color.
I like it. I just bought a sauce pan and 8 inch fry pan with the coated center. I tried doing fried eggs in a stainless stell conduction fry pan without the coating and I got a lot of sticking which I really went back to my regular stove with the coated bottom.

Item came, have not used it other than plugging it in to run through the buttons. Was not as described. I read this as the nuwave titanium which used to be the pro…but in reality this is just the pro. Supposedly the 2 are the same (titanium vs pro) minus some aesthetic differences, which may be important to some. This should be sold as a pro and not the titanium.
