Does the microphone have dual connect?

Yes. A04 Gen2 is XLR/USB studio condenser microphone. It have dual connection, you can go pro with XLR or go simple with USB.

Can podcast mic work with MAC OS or XBOX?

This podcast microphone can work with Laptop, PS4/PS5, Audio interface, PAD, MAC OS, and Smartphone, but is not compatible with XBOX.

Can I use A04 Gen2 with smartphones or audio interface by XLR connect? Is phantom power required?

A04 Gen2 mic directly plugs into audio interface or mixer, allowing you to start creating anytime, anywhere. If you want to connect Windows/iOS/PAD/phone by XLR mode, please make sure you have phantom power ready. (Note: Don’t support XLR to 3.5mm)

Can I connect mic to use Maono Link software?

Yes, the microphone can use Maono Link software (USB mode only), can adjust and extended to your needs. You can adjust mic gain, select different noise reduction strengths through the software, also supports scene presets, compressor and limiter.

What is the maximum thickness that the clamp can handle?

The PC gaming microphone boom arm can mount tightly to the desk up to 2.1” thick. Overly rounded or overhanging desktop edges do not make good mounting surfaces.Make sure the mic stand clamp are resting on the flat surfaces.
