How to connect to TV？
The trick was disconnecting Fierstick from Sam_sung TV and plugging it into this converter, Then connect to TV via this converter.
No Sound?
1. HDMI output does not support audio devices.
2. If the Optical Interface is Successfully Connected, but the Device has no Sound, Check Whether the Output Device Supports 5.1ch. If No, Change the Audio Format of Input Source Device to PCM/LPCM.
No Video?
1. Only support 4K@30. If Source Device is 4K@60hz(HDMI 2.0 and HDCP2.2),Please Set up the Resolution to 4k@30hz to Use this HDMI Audio Extractor.
2. If the screen does not display, try adjusting the input device resolution to 1080P or below.
Picture but no sound/low audio volume?
If your HDMl output sourceis a computer: right-click on the lower right corner of the taskbar-Sound-Play-Select your audio device-Advanced-In the default format, set to an appropriate audio format.
Note:
1. Can NOT be used with other converter, such as HDMI to DVI Converter.
2. Not Support ARC/eARC Features. HDTV Cannot be Used as an HDMI Input Source.
3. Please use the power adapter to power it (not included), not the input or output device.
