This slow cooker has no bells and whistles. It's just high, low and set the cook time; after that it goes into "warm" mode. (Well, there is a temperature probe that I never use. ) The ceramic pot lifts out for easy cleaning. I have other appliances and electronics that have more features, but I'm coming around to the idea that simple is often better. Do all our appliances really need to have wireless communication? I'm very satisfied with the set-it-and-forget-it approach – at least for this appliance.
