The nonstick surface is a joy to clean. I use my IP for many one dish meals, as washing pots and pans after cooking isn't my idea of fun! It cleans up so fast. I'm careful not to use too high of heat (except when pressurizing), as I have several other ceramic skillets and they don't release as well if they've been overheated. This pot hasn't had any problems. It's my favorite when using the yogurt setting on my Ultra because the yogurt doesn't stick to the bottom as much when I pour it out to strain. I also love using it when I do slow cooking.
