Why does the coffee come out cold?
This is the espresso capsule machine entering the DRAINAGE MODE by mistake, unplug or disconnectpower for least 5 secs to exit this mode. Then follow the steps in START UP MODE and PRE-HEATING MODE to start the machine.
Why can’t I get my capsule shell to fit?
The coffee maker is only compatible with nespresso capsules and other espresso capsules, please note the size and type of capsule shells.
Both blue lights are on, but the machine isn’t brewing—what’s wrong?
This means preheating is done. Press the button again and wait a moment, you will get a cup of espresso.
How do I reset the cup size?
Press and hold the espresso and lungo buttons at the same time until light flashes 3 times, release to complete the initial set up.
