Can ELITE 8 use the same coaxial cable for front and rear camera connection?

Yes, the Elite 8 is compatible with the existing CC-6 coaxial cable (default 6 meters). For faster data transmission between the rear and front camera, the specially designed CC6G-6 cable is also available and optimized exclusively for the Elite 8.

Can I use my existing camera mounts with the ELITE 8?

Elite 8 comes with a new mount design, so both front and rear cameras are not compatible with previous model’s mounts.

Is the ELITE 8 compatible with other power cables?

Yes, the three-wire cigarette power cable (Model Name: CL-3P1) is compatible with Elite 8. The OBD II Power Cable (Model Name: BOC-300) is also compatible with this model. Hardwiring cables (Model Names: CH-3P1 & CH-3P2) can be used with Elite 8.

Can I use existing or purchase a new tamper-proof case when upgrading to ELITE 8?

There is not compatible existing tamper-proof case for Elite 8. A new tamper-proof case (Model Name: TP-E) has been made exclusively compatible with Elite 8.

Is ELITE 8 compatible with B-130A battery?

Elite 8 is fully compatible with the BlackVue B-130A external battery. It supports automatic Parking Mode recording when the vehicle is off, offering extended protection without using the car’s battery. (Hardwiring cable is required for Parking Mode)
