A2: The USB-C ports are not Thunderbolt. One of the PD ports only supports charging the laptop, not data transfer or display output. The other two USB-C ports can only be used for data transfer. Q3: How can I solve the issue of the magnetic charging port being blocked? A3: This product can be detached into separate two USB-C Hubs, and you’ll have two individual USB-C hubs that won’t block the charging port. Q4: Does the adapter support the Apple USB SuperDrive? A4: The Apple USB SuperDrive requires more power than a USB 3.0 port can provide, so it’s not recommended to use it with this adapter. Q5: Why doesn’t my MacBook Air M4 recognize this USB C hub? A5: This issue is related to macOS security settings on M4-chip MacBooks. Please go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessories, then set it to Always Allow.
