Selected Wood & Knife Friendly – Crafted of solid natural acacia wood. Designed to protect the sharpest blades, our wood boards also provide stability during use and look handsome enough to keep out on the counter.
Sized to Perfection – double-sided cutting board 11.5” x 7” with an excellent 0.8” thickness, could be used as chopping, slicing, carving, butcher block or serving tray.
Built-in Deep Juice Groove – One side features the juice groove that catches juices for use in gravies and sauces.
Use & Care – Board should be seasoned with a food-grade mineral oil before first use. Hand-wash with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak or submerge board in water.
