The Touchpad was not responding:

Please make sure that the keyboard have been charged fully,when mode indicator keeps fast blinking,it means that the battery power is low,you need to charge;the red indicator will be lighted during charging and off after charging fully,it requires about 3 hours to charge the battery fully;Please know that Press the FN+F5 to enable/disable the touchpad function;

the keyboard will not respond:

1.Please make sure the keyboard have been charged fully,charge the keyboard for at least 15 minutes,you can use the USB charging cable located in the bottom to charge;

2.Please check if the switch selected to the ON position;

3.Please plug the USB receiver (placed in the keyboard back slot) to your device’s USB port;

the keyboard do not work with the computer:

Please make sure that the keyboard have been charged fully;

Then repair as below steps:

Step1:keep your PC on ,and be sure the keyboard is full of power;Step2:Press the “F1” without releasing;Step3:Power on the keyboard and release the “F1” immediately;Step4:plug the USB receiver on the USB port of your PC;Wait a moment,the keyboard will repair automatically;

Every key press generates multiple key press events:

please use the extension cable we shipped to you,plug the cable on your smart TV and plug the USB receiver on the cable;

How to charge the battery:

1.the keyboard uses built-in polymer lithium-ion battery,please use only approved data cables and chargers;

Note:fully charge the unit before initial operation ,this device can be used when charging ,but charging time will be extended;

2.When the battery is low,the low-voltage light will blink to warn the user ,the unit will be automatically turned off if battery is depleted;Note:the battery will discharge if it is stored for a long time without operation.

3.Use the specified charger,disconnect the device when the battery is charged fully;

Note:Overcharging the battery will shorten the battery life;

4.Do not expose the device in extreme heat or cold environment,which shorten the battery life; Warm Tips 1.When you use the wireless keyboard on Fire TV, you need an OTG cable;2.The Samsung newest smart TV doesn’t support all the functions of the standard keyboard and mouse; 3.When you press ‘a’ but appear ‘aaaaaa’ or the keyboard has very short connection distance, because the signal is interfered;4.Here is the solution: taking out of the extension cable in the package to connect your TV and the USB receiver. 5.If the signal indicator flashes fast, it means the keyboard lost connection with USB receiver. Please repair it according to repair steps in user Manual.
