Q1: How often should I lubricate the document shredder?

A1: In order to prolong the service life of the paper shredder, please use a professional paper shredder lubricating sheet or oil to lubricate the machine once or twice a month.

Q2: The machine stops working and the overheating red light is on. What should I do?

A2: Just turn it off and let it cool for about 30 minutes, then the shredder will work again.

Q3: The crosscut shredder is jammed. What should I do?

Q4: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?

A4: Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic or too thick. If so, please let the paper dry before shredding, or remove the plastic part, or reduce shredding sheets per pass. Please don’t shred more than 18 sheets at one time.

Q5: Why are there paper scraps in the bin or in the cutter when I receive the new paper shredder? Is it a used machine?

A5: Please be assured that all paper shredders purchased from us directly are brand new. In order to ensure the quality and function of the shredder, we 100% tested every machine in production, and some units might not be cleaned completely.

The cross cut shredder shreds paper per pass into 13/64 by 63/64 inches tiny particles, smaller than normal cross-cut shreddings (High Security Level P-4).
Heavy duty shredders with high-quality nitrided steel cutter, superior hardness level and extraordinary wear resistance, the shredder shred up to 20 sheets at a time. The 6.6 gallon large bin capacity can hold 520 sheets for less emptying.
