Why can’t the product restore to factory settings?

This function is combined with the WPS function. Follow the steps provided in the user manual to use it normally.

What should I do if I see “Not compatible with Spectrum” or “Remote server not responding” when using this product?

Don’t worry—this product works with Spectrum. The messages come from temporary modem settings, not actual incompatibility.

How do l restart the modem?

Unplug your Spectrum modem’s power cord.

Wait 30-60 seconds.

Plug it back in and let it reboot (about 2-3 minutes).
