Q: How do I know if I’m choosing the right ear size?

A: We offer Small and Large sizes. Small fits ears under 2.5″, Large fits over 2.5″. Please check your ear size before ordering for the best fit.

Q: Will this work with my phone or laptop?

A: This version has a USB-C port, compatible with iPhones 15/16/17 Series and smart Phones with Type-C ports. For 3.5mm AUX or lightning devices, please choose the right version from our store.

Q: Does this have deep bass like regular earbuds?

A: Not really. Since it’s open-ear, the bass is lighter, but the sound is still clear and balanced—great for music, calls, and general use.

Q: Can I use these at work or while walking outside?

A: Yes! The open-ear design lets you hear your surroundings. Great for office use, walking the dog, or staying aware of people or sounds at home.

Q: My earbuds are not working or the sound keeps cutting out, what should I do?

A: First, ensure the Type-C plug is fully inserted into your device’s port. and then clean the port from any dust or lint, as this can cause a poor connection. These steps typically resolve the problem.

Find Your Best Fit

If your ear length measures less than 2.5 inches / 6 cm, we recommend the Small-Medium version of the Resolve earbuds. Use the image guide to measure from the top to the bottom of your ear to find the most accurate fit – giving you a better listening experience all day long.

If your ear measures more than 2.5 inches / 6 cm from top to bottom, choose the Large version of Resolve for optimal comfort. This size is ideal for users with larger ears or those who find standard earbuds too tight or painful after prolonged use.
