What should I do if my monitor flickers, brightness resets, or remains black?

Ensure you use the original 65W PD power adapter that came with the monitor to provide a sufficient power supply.

Why doesn’t it work when I connect the monitor to my device with my own USB-C to USB-C cable?

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a Thunderbolt 3/4/5 port or supports video display.

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cables and USB-C video cables (our original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn’t have a USB-C or HDMI port(e.g Old Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook )?

If there is only a (mini)DP port on your laptop, a (mini)DP to HDMI adapter is required for the connection.

My Android phone has a USB-C port. Does this monitor work with my phone/tablet with the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

These Samsung phones (Galaxy S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22series; Galaxy Note8/9/10/20series; Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4) can work with a monitor by our original USB-C cable.

Other phones/tablets need an HDTV cable for the connection.

How do I connect the iPhone to the monitor?

1. iPhone 15 and 16 series(excluding iPhone 16e) can work with the monitor by the original USB-C display cable we provided

2. iPhone before 15 series(e.g. iPhone X/ iPhone 14) with a Lightning port requires an Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter
