The Ninja Crispi I purchased is crap! First, and this is on me, it's refurbished! I never buy refurbished because they never work! There's a reason people return items… THEY DON'T WORK! Like I said, that's on me for not paying attention.
Second, the lid for the large container is missing, also the manual with recipes. Okay, I can go online and find recipes, that's not the point.
Third, when I tried to use it for the first time, the "lid" error displayed, meaning the lid wasn't on properly. Took it off, tried again, same error, googled and it recommended shaking it, did that, and it worked for a minute, shook it again and it worked. Excited to try the cauliflower…the lid won't come off! Took the unit off of the lid adaptor, there's plastic melted all over the inside! Whatever melted sealed the adaptor to the bowl! Needless to say, this is one very angry purchaser!
