REQUIRES 208–240V COMMERCIAL POWER – NOT FOR 120V OUTLETS. Built for high-throughput foodservice use, this induction range operates exclusively on a 208–240V / 15A circuit and is not compatible with 120V residential power. Designed for professional use in restaurant line stations, quick-service kitchens, catering lines, and centralized foodservice operations. Electrical compatibility should be verified prior to installation. Not intended for use with household outlets or plug converters.

EASE OF USE WITH EXPANDED HEATING ZONE FOR COMMERCIAL COOKWARE. Engineered for professional kitchens, this portable induction cooktop features a larger glass surface and expanded magnetic coil for broader, more even heating—ideal for cookware up to 100 lbs. A sealed key-press interface allows quick control of Heat, Temp, and Timer modes—no complex menus or training needed.
