Literally the best thing I ever bought! This heats up in literally about a minute! I bought it because I'm a teacher and I want to eat healthy meals in the Teacher lounge that does not have a stove. I got this, and I made some eggs and some tortillas on it, and it literally only took me around 5 to 10 minutes! It was absolutely amazing, super easy to use, super great settings, really slippery surface no eggs stuck to it, and adorable! I am so so excited and I'm so impressed with this product! It's also really easy to clean which is nice because they only have a small sink in the teachers lounge. 100% recommend!

this is a great little pot. they have a larger one, this one seemed smaller than i expected (but i'm sure it's 1.5L). plenty big for cooking 2-3-4 servings of anything. get the larger size if you're cooking something bigger.
has two heat settings, basically HI and LOW. on the high setting it brought water to a boil very fast, faster than if i'd used a regular pot on the (electric) stove. i boiled some pasta, added some broccoli about halfway through, and when the pasta was done turned to the low setting and added some cheeses (yep, making mac&cheese from scratch, yummy). by the time i had nuked some bacon for the final addition, the cheese was all melted. stirred it all up with the bacon and done.
clean up was so simple. obviously you don't stick this in the dishwasher. but it is so non-stick that even with that gooey mess of a meal it was as easy as spraying it and wiping it out.
the (optional) steamer goes on top, is plenty large for several cups of veggies or whatever. as fast as it brings water to boil, it will surely be great for steaming.
definitely good for dorm use, small apartments, an adjunct to a hotplate, or just to have when you want to make a quick single-pot meal (or steam something).

I’ve been using this hot pot for about 6 months and it has been great. It heats water fast, which is perfect for making ramen, and the steamer basket makes it really easy to cook vegetables quickly.
I love how portable it is and that the outside doesn’t get too hot to the touch. I’ve even brought it to work a few times to make fresh lunches right at my desk. Cleaning is also simple, which is always a plus.
The only minor issue is that the top cover doesn’t fit as snugly as I’d like, so I have to be careful it doesn’t fall off when I move it around.
Overall, I highly recommend this if you want an easy and versatile way to make quick meals at home or on the go.

So… I bought this to pair with my EcoFlow 2 Max power station during a 3 month upcoming road and overlanding trip. I've been using it prior to departure to figure it out and create some simple recipes. This thing seems great so far, consitent heating, no power surging, and the non-stick surface is super easy to wipe clean. I haven't tried the steamer yet but I expect positive things.
The only caveat, and why it is getting a 4 vs 5 review from me is because it pulls quite a bit more power than it advertises. At first, I thought it was just pulling more power for the warm up but yhatvwas not the case. The 250W setting is actually pulling 350W and 650W setting is pulling 733W. I know this because my EcoFlow 2 Max tells me the power draw. I spent 5 minutes sautèing onions, peppers, and ham while making a meal this morning, then turned up the heat to the 650W setting for 1 minute. The pot immediately started pulling 733W, after 1 minute and some ham sizzling 😊 I dropped it back to the 250W setting and it immediately dropped to pulling the previous 350W. While these numbers are still pretty good compared to some other cooking solutions I've seen. I had just hoped it would be the lower advertised wattage. I am not fond of misleading stats.
With all that said, f you buy this for any home style situation with 120V AC power outlets connected to the grid this thing will be perfect. I also think it's fine for my travel use.

I haven't tried the steamer yet. The hot pot worked beautifully for me. It came up to speed quickly, even at the 250 watt setting and kept boiling merrily away. The hot pot is attractive and well insulated. Even with the contents at a boil, there was no warming on the exterior. The included instruction manual came with a few interesting recipes that were outside the box.

Only noticeable inconveniences are the pot is so light that the stiff cord is cumbersome at times. 2 the heat doesn’t quite go to the edge. So omelets and crepes are slightly under done at very edge. Neither one of these would stop me from buying another one. Very useful and reliable appliance.
