The fifine SC8 can provide you 2 separatedi virtual audio channels on your PC, you can asign audio sources from different softwares to them(e.g., games/music player), then control the monitoring volume ratio by adjusting the game/chat knob on SC8.

How can I resotre my original voice after turning the Voice Changer on?

You can long press the Voice Changer button for 3 seconds to turn off the voice changing feature, and you can also confirm the voice changing feature status by turnning the realtime monitoring on via pressing the Monitoring button.

Is it possible to control the game/chat audio ratio on PS4/PS5?

You can control the game/chat audio ratio on the SC8 when it’s connected to a PS4 if your device has an optical output, you can follow the setup steps we provided in the product’s guide.As for the PS5,its system already has this feature.

When should I turn on the 48V phantom power for my microphone?

We highly suggest you to check your microphones configuration first before turning the 48V power on, if the microphone does not require phantom power to work, truning on the 48V may bring irreversible damage to the microphone.

Will the SC8 be able to provide more than 2 sparate, unmixed audio to the PC?
