It doesn’t blend things smoothly. There are still gritty food bits. It can’t make it completely smooth. A small portion (grey central piece) came off the lid so I have to separate it when cleaning so it doesn’t get lost. There is a developing crack in the base of the jug but it still holds its contents. I called to get a replacement but product is out of stock, so they are shipping me and even better one. I am very happy with the resolution by Ninja, but this actual product is just ok. The smaller food processor functions well as expected.

The blender and food processor are amazing! I use the blender to make nice cream (banana ice cream) and was worried that it wouldn't be powerful enough or the blades might not be sharp enough to cut through ice-hard frozen banana, but I found that this blender has absolutely no problems in producing a thick and delicious nice cream texture free of lumps. While perhaps some people like to be able to control the speed at which the blender/food processor operates, I find the push down button really useful and very simple while still effective to use. I do not miss using a dial or speed levels at all.
The food processor is very useful for making sauces and pastes. I have also used it to make cauliflower rice, but it is noticeably smaller than the blender, so you must be careful not to put in too much at once or it will not be able to process it all.
Another thing I love about this blender/food processor duo is how easy it is to clean. Since the blades come out, it is so simple to wash all parts of the metal and plastic, which is something very important to me since I am somewhat of a neat freak. The only problem area I found was the lid of the blender, which required a little more effort to clean out the corners/grooves, but to be honest, I doubt most people would even notice it to the level of detail that I obsess about.
All in all, 10/10 would recommend.
