How often should I lubricate the document shredder?

In order to prolong the service life of the paper shredder, please use a lubricating sheet to oil the shredder once or twice a month.

The crosscut shredder is jammed. What should I do?

Generally, you can press the “REV” button and pull up the paper at the same time. If there is a serious paper jam, you can press the “FWD” and “REV” buttons several times to clean the cutter, and then use tweezers and other tools to pick up the jam.

Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?

Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic or too thick. Please don’t shred more than 24 sheets in one time so as to extend the life of this machine!

Why are there scraps of paper in the trash can and on the knives? Have I receive a used machine?

In order to ensure the quality of the shredder, we will test each shredder before leaving the factory, so there may be some scraps in the wastebasket. Please rest assured that all our machines are brand new.
